Shylendra Kumar of Karnatak High Court but making lawyers & litigants watch dogs & blood hounds over judges & pinning hope on politicians shows his poor knowledge of state of affairs and insight. The whole system is playing a balancing act with deep seated powerful corrupting people wielding tremendous clout, infiltrating all institutions and arms of governance and who are beneficiaries of corruption disorder and are sustained by it.
