Winter vacation from today 25 Dec 2009, Friday till 5th Jan 2010. On 6th RV urged to be present in his Anticipitory Bail hearing in PB court. I.ve not been hired though. Heard from KRM somebody impersonating me in KAKARDOMA COURT. Has seat in my name in SARASWATI HALL, has cleverly concealed middle digitsof my mobile No. with a white chit, spoke to fellow lawyers. They are taking things so matter of factly.
It is being said that courts would be shifted to Saket by the end of February 2010. Some say "No the court will remain here ever" and that they are privy to the information.
Our library has become redundant. High handed lawyers permanently remove books from the library. Certain volumes of Penal Code, AIR Manual, Punjab Police Rules and many such is not available. For last 6 months the library has not received All India Law Reporter because they have not made the payment of Rs.12000/ to the supplier. A stack of 2000 books donated by Delhi Bar Council are lying in the library for last several months. Hope many of them would be frittered away.
